The training entitled "Time Management" is available in our offer as a pre-designed training "of the shelf". So far, it has been implemented, among others, in Fortis Bank Polska, one of the five pioneering Polish banks where e-learning solutions were implemented.

Task

MyNetwork Poland stood up to the challenge of developing an elearning course that would convey basic knowledge within the scope of soft skills - time management skills. As in case of training on prevention of money laundering practices, the Project Team placed its bets on an interesting plot, original solutions, and "fairy-tale" graphic design.

Solution

The primary objective of the elearning course is to promote participants' integration of knowledge and practical skills of diagnosing their own time management, optimizing time resources they have, as well as of efficient and effective time management.

As the key to success of the training - involvement of the participant and presentation of information in a compelling way, the plot of the training was defined, which dominates all aspects of the training - from content, virtual agents, through methodology to graphic design. A participant of the training enters a magical world of interior of a clock "where the time originates".

During their tour throughout the training, the participants are guided by omniscient virtual agents disguised as parts of the clock - a cog and a spring, who together with the participant discover the secrets and tricks of planning time.

Outcomes

The Project Team of MyNetwork Poland developed an interesting training during which the participant enters a magical world, not forgetting at the same time about realization of the key objective - to ensure successful acquisition of knowledge. The training helps the participants to identify the so-called "thieves of time" and obstacles blocking the way to efficient time management.

It also promotes development of the skill of setting priorities within the scope of execution of time-consuming activities and of ordering and organizing "vital and urgent matters".
