Custom trainings for TUiR Warta S.A.
MyNetwork Polska – the leader of Polish e-learning market – have signed a contract on development and implementation of e-learning courses with TUiR Warta S.A., leading insurance company in Poland.
"Warta S.A. have always recognized the value of modern and innovative solutions. E-learning is present within our company for significant time and we are still working on increasing the number of trainings conducted this way" – says Anna Dzwonkowska of TUiR Warta S.A. HR Department.
Contracted trainings will be tailor-made – adjusted and developed in order to achieve specific goals determined by Warta - and included knowledge will cover so called "soft skills".
In the process of training development MyNetwork Polska will make use of its exclusive solutions that allow exceptionally attractive presentation of both visuals and educational content.
"Although we are fully aware of high quality of our services and attractiveness of the trainings, we are always glad to see companies that decide to develop tailor-made courses instead of obtaining custom content solutions available in the market. Contract with Warta is also a proof of Polish e-learning market dynamic development and rising awareness of benefits of this training method among Polish companies" – says Szymon Janicki, MyNetwork Polska Vice-President and Head of E-learning.
Trainings will be conducted according to SCORM and AICC standards and MyNetwork Polska will be responsible for courses’ production and implementation on LMS platform.
