Reduced costs of LMS implementation
E-learning is not a fashion to pass, but global growing trend – more and more companies are aware of benefits of modern training methods. Unfortunately, decision on using e-learning and its implementation demands not only a strategy of implementation, but also appropriate resources. Major cost of introducing e-learning is an LMS (Learning Management System) platform – professional software allowing distribution and administration of the trainings as well as management of the learning process itself (planning and organization of learning) in the company. Cost of the platform can vary from few dozen up to few hundred thousand USD.
LMS MyLearning pilot module has been created specifically for the companies who would like to run one or few trainings as a part of pilot project. Module allows training administration on a basic level, but it can be used for all key procedures related with implementing and running the training (management of participants, their scores etc.)
