MyNetwork Polska wins another tender for e-learning contract with TUiR Warta S.A.
The Polish market leader in production and completion of e-learning trainings – MyNetwork Polska Company – has won a tender for e-learning in leading Polish insurance company, TUiR Warta S.A. The won contract concerns the training course named "The Art of Sales".
It is another, third this year, training that MyNetwork Polska will produce and implement in TUiR Warta S.A. The main aim of the training will be to familiarize the participants with the effective sales methods.
The training course will help the participants to acquire experience by means of making realistic decisions and the observation of their effects. As the result, the learners will assimilate the knowledge easily since they will be aware of the cause and effect relations. Exercises included in the course prepare the participants for the professional services selling utilizing persuasion techniques.
"We have chosen MyNetwork Polska's offer because of several alternative propositions for the course’s plot that definitely makes the training more attractive and effective", says Anna Dzwonkowska from Personnel Affairs Office in TUiR Warta S.A.
The training will be prepared and implemented in accordance with AICC standards on the LMS Saba platform. It is interesting to notice that the course will not utilize JAVA applet during communication, what will minimize problems connected with different hardware configurations. Off-line version will be prepared as well – to enable learning without access to the platform.
