"Negotiations” – a new e-learning course in a "off-the shelf" library

E-learning as a new form of training the staff attracts more and more proponents and what is more Training Departments are getting more and more interested in e-learning courses owing to its lower costs connected with training of a higher number of employees.

Because of the number of people who are willing to study using e-learning courses, taking into consideration general topics, MyNetwork Poland is creating more and more open trainings, for example: "Negotiations".

This training is especially for people who are dealing with negotiations almost every day. The content of the training is connected with the theory of communication, the student will understand what negotiations really are and what is the negotiator like. Numerous exercises and simulations will help a student with using the theory in practice.

The people who are the main characters in the training are young, it is a marriage, that is in a very important moment in their professional and personal life. A new situation is for them a little bit difficult and requires much effort and compromise. In order to learn all the techniques of negotiations Pawe? and Monika(a young marriage) are helped by a professor from the university, who is dealing with an interpersonal communication. All, he explains, seems to be very easy although at the beginning it was complicated and difficult.
