Start About e-learning E-learning E-learning in organisation

If e-learning implementation is to be successful, several conditions must be met:
  • Proper hardware and software that enable implementation of training or whole e-learning platform. In case of training distributed by computer network large capacity of connection is especially important.
  • Well-trained tutors to administrate the training and - when needed - assist participants.
  • Right participants' attitude towards new form of education they are going to be actively involved in. They should not experience fear or uncertainty, so information on training should be provided to them even before it begins.
Effective implementation of e-learning is a result of cooperation of many people. From the part of company following departments and people should be involved:
  • HR/Training department, which is supposed to be responsible for: including e-learning in educational policy of the company; choosing employees to be trained and monitoring their progress; informing human resources on e-learning as such
  • IT department, which should be responsible for technical aspects of implementing and administrating the training
  • Management, involved directly or by showing positive attitude and therefore giving good example to the rest of the staff.
Solutions described above give employees - final recipients of the training - chance to be fully aware of e-learning role and its benefits for them and whole company.
