Start About e-learning E-learning E-learning characteristics Regardless of e-learning form and type of place where it is implemented (university, company, governmental organization or NGO), it should always consist of two basic elements: 1st ELEMENT Teaching that leads to getting new or improving existing knowledge, skills or professional competencies is e-learning main goal and characteristic. This basic goal may be reached by use of various technologies 2nd ELEMENT Technology - if e-learning is to perform its tasks properly, it has to be based on tested and reliable solutions. Use of IT, especially computers and Internet, makes it easy to organize a distance-learning available for students in place and time of their own choice.
