Start Products LMS MyLearning Description

LMS MyLearning Platform comprises six basic modules, with each module constituting a separate, functionally complete unit.

MODULE 1 - COURSE STRUCTURE
  • management of training structure
  • management of training accessibility
  • management of competencies/access to training
  • installation of a course on the platform
  • publication of courses

The Training Structure Module enables installation of new courses and removal of old courses from the Platform. Within this Module an authorized person manages the structure of individual trainings, the number of lessons, courses, chapters, as well as their order in the learning process. The Module enables control of access to courses for individual user groups in specific time (days, hours) and determination of the scope of competences for course users (administrator, trainer, moderator, manager, etc.).

MODULE 2 - APPLICATIONS
  • Applications
    • servicing of new applications
    • withdrawing course participants

The Module enables management of applications of users for participation in a selected course. The manager may accept users of turn down their application for participation in a course. The manager may also withdraw any user from a course.

MODULE 3 - GROUPS AND USERS

    • assigning users to groups

Within this Module, the authorized person manages all users. He or she may define user groups and assign individual users to specific user groups. This facilitates management of a larger number of users, as well as assignment of user groups to specific courses.

MODULE 4 - REPORTS
  • Generating reports:
    • collective statements
    • reports on students' learning progress
    • test results
    • progress in training
    • time spent in training

Within this Module, the person authorized obtains access to statistical data and reports concerning the learning process. They may view results, progress in training, as well as time spent in training for specific users or groups. The user may create new reports or modify the existing ones.

MODULE 5 - CONFIGURATION OF PLATFORM
  • Editor of competences
  • Management of system users
  • Configuration of content servers

Editor of competences enables creation and modification of the existing competences. It offers the administrator the possibility to create any competence for a selected functionality of the Platform and assign it to any user or user group. In this way, the Platform's options may be fluently shaped and adjusted to competences of members of an organization. The content servers configuration option enables dynamic management of many content servers. It also enables management of transfer of data between users and content servers.

MODULE 6 - STUDENT'S MODULE
  • List of trainings in which the user participates
  • List of available trainings
  • Interface for studying (training reproduction)
  • User's learning results
  • History of applications for trainings
  • Forum
  • Help

This Module is a home site for every registered user of the Platform. From here, one can start or continue a course, view one's results or communicate with other users through the use of Forum.
