Knowledge and competence in didactics, multimedia, graphics, functional design and technology are essential for designing efficient educational tools, and for that reason we offer, at your disposal, a project team consisting of specialists with great experience in each field of the creation and implementation of e-learning solutions. The team responsible for the performance of a particular project consists of:
- Project Manager
- Project Manager Assistant
- Instructional Designer
- Graphic Designer/ Illustrator
- E-learning Technology Specialist
- Multimedia Specialists
- Quality Manager
- External Meta Expert(s) (if necessary).
The project will be carried out in close co-operation with the appointed employees of your Company in as unobtrusive a way as possible for you, as the effective performance of the project should be carried out with the optimal utilization of resources involved in the project.
Your knowledge is essential, because we plan and perform each stage of performance/implementation on its basis. Individuals involved in the performance of a particular project on behalf of the Client will be:
Project Manager - responsible for major communication concerning the project and its general issues.
IT Specialist - a person able to provide all necessary information concerning the IT infrastructure in your organization.
Subject Meta Expert - a person able to provide all information concerning the subject matter discussed in a given course (in the case when the course is performed based on materials provided by your organization).
An Employee from the training department - on the basis of the knowledge of this person we will be able to prepare an educational program consistent with the general training program in your organization. |
